Discover more about us at www.skyclimber-re.com. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>As a Field Supervisor, Composites, you will:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote and comply with all Company and client safety policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform all duties required for field service, composite, or access labor.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and delegate site activities of all field personnel to achieve deadlines and production goals.</li>\n <li>May work with client to keep the project on schedule and under budget.</li>\n <li>Plan and order necessary materials or equipment to maintain crew productivity.</li>\n <li>Thorough working knowledge of specifications and how they impact the job quality and production.</li>\n <li>Investigate and resolve personnel disputes or customer feedback by making recommendations to center of excellence leader and/or upper management for final action.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely delivery of materials, confirm there is no damage to the materials and verify quantities.</li>\n <li>Responsible for receipt of all deliveries</li>\n <li>Document all damage to materials on packing slips, or photograph if necessary.</li>\n <li>Document any change order request from client.</li>\n <li>Monitor paper flow (physical and electronic) to ensure all documents are accounted for, filled out completely, legibly and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties and systems.</li>\n <li>Recommend best practice improvements for safety, quality, production, performance.</li>\n <li>Understand specifications, work instructions, addendums and change orders.</li>\n <li>Must be able to recognize any changes to work plan and track accordingly.</li>\n <li>Perform minor job plans with tasks and levels of responsibility.</li>\n <li>Check quality of completed work.</li>\n <li>Monitor and audit productivity reports, safety documentation and customer forms.</li>\n <li>Working with manager, handle customer complaints immediately</li>\n <li>Ensure that proper safety equipment is available and being used properly.</li>\n <li>Facilitate and administer technical and safety training directly, through in-house channels or coordinate appropriate 3rd party training required for project personnel.</li>\n <li>Assist manager by appraising work performance of employees and addressing complaints of employees in the field.</li>\n <li>Perform all the above duties on active project assignment and all or portion of the above duties for additional projects working concurrently.</li>\n <li>Any other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety, demonstrating a strong commitment to zero unsafe behavior related to personnel, customers, and communities we serve.</li>\n <li>Supervise multiple crew leaders or points of contact (POCs) and up to 30 or more employees.</li>\n <li>Considerable knowledge of all relative renewable services tools, machinery methods and procedures</li>\n <li>Must be able to forecast, monitor and report on general project costing and activities.</li>\n <li>Understanding service methods and best practices, service delivery and customer expectations</li>\n <li>Demonstrate leadership, leading by example, motivate workers and communicate with workers, subordinates, service managers, senior management, and clients.</li>\n <li>Computer experience with Microsoft office, E-mail, and Internet</li>\n <li>Ability to work well under pressure and within timelines.</li>\n <li>Read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</li>\n <li>Write routine reports and correspondence.</li>\n <li>Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.</li>\n <li>Calculate figures and organize project costs and activities into clear and concise reports (daily, weekly, monthly)</li>\n <li>Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li>\n <li>Interpret a broad variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.</li>\n <li>Extensive travel throughout the United States (80-100%) depending on project assignments, meetings, and training schedules.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovating and leading in the renewable energy sector.
