With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures warehouse area is compliant with all Safety and 5S requirements.</li>\n <li>Support daily shipping and receiving activities, including preparation of orders and required documentation </li>\n <li>Verify packaging quality prior to shipment and escalate concerns as needed </li>\n <li>Monitors and reports on all manufacturing transactions including receipt of raw materials, work in process transactions, finished goods production, raw material levels, and similar activities.</li>\n <li>Ensures all warehouse audits daily, monthly, and quarterly are complete.</li>\n <li>Segregates product to avoid confusion and eliminate errors</li>\n <li>Monitors and maintains accuracy of shipments by utilizing roll tracking and computer-based systems</li>\n <li>Perform and support cycle count activities and report discrepancies </li>\n <li>Ensure FIFO inventory rotation</li>\n <li>Monitor quality of packaging from manufacturing</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain accuracy of inventories levels of Finished Goods by line, customer and item.</li>\n <li>Coordinate the activities of shipping/receiving clerks and material handlers</li>\n <li>Responsible for warehouse personnel forklift and safety training</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring forklifts is safe and operational daily.</li>\n <li>Responsible for preventing nonconforming product from shipping to our customer</li>\n <li>Escalate nonconforming materials or process issues to the Operations Manager</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse using 5S.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Education is required. Degree in Accounting, Business, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.</li>\n <li>APICS(American Production and Inventory Control Society) training or certification preferred. </li>\n <li>Computer literacy essential; particularly Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2-3 years work experience with MRP/ERP software (SAP experience is preferred). </li>\n <li>Prior warehouse management experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Forklift experience is required.</li>\n</ul>",
