    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>Position: Quality Coordinator</span></p>\n<p><span>Duties: Responsible for managing the company’s quality system and ensure that the plant meets all quality system requirements to maintain the customer Certification, ISO/TS16949 and 2009 standard.&nbsp; Lead the Welding Department.&nbsp; Manage, control, and improve the Cost of Quality and a long-term vision for improvement.&nbsp; Implement new technologies in Quality and Welding.&nbsp; Oversee customer service regarding quality performance and customer required testing in company’s products.&nbsp; Maintain and improve the performance of Quality ratings with the customers.&nbsp; Assure the quality of products from raw materials receipt to finished product delivery.&nbsp; Promote the continuous improvement in processes.&nbsp; Provide support in the implementation of new projects.&nbsp; Manage data collection system, ensure timely and accurate data at all times.&nbsp; Manage containment activity on a daily basis.&nbsp; Drive the teams to ensure all quality rejects from customers and liaisons have the proper problem solving and documentation completed per standard.&nbsp; Understand the technical details related to quality on assembly, welding, GD&amp;T, forming, and E-coat to properly help the teams problem solve and communicate technical issues clearly to the customer.&nbsp; Escalate customer concerns and defects internally immediately and per the company process as required.&nbsp; Ensure IATF compliance is adequately followed and documented to pass all yearly recertification audits.&nbsp; Report all unsafe acts and conditions immediately.&nbsp; Use innovation process and the team concept to improve safety in the plant.&nbsp; Be proactively involved with improving working conditions.&nbsp; Offer ideas for improvement of all systems and help implement them.&nbsp; Lead areas in achieving Plant quality objectives/goals.&nbsp; Assure 100% on-time delivery to customers.&nbsp; Target 0 PPM on arts for all customers.&nbsp; Understand customer needs and work toward meeting and exceeding them.&nbsp; Actively support full implementation of the 5S’s, using it to approach and keep all areas clean, neat and properly maintained. &nbsp;Perform other duties/responsibilities at the Elizabethtown, KY facility, as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span>Location: Elizabethtown, KY</span></p>\n<p><span>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Education:&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacture Engineering, or related discipline.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Experience:&nbsp;5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a manufacturing engineering, welding engineering, or quality engineering position within the automotive chassis frame industry.&nbsp; Experience must include the development and validation of welding processes for automotive chassis frames.&nbsp; Must have hands-on experience developing guidelines and support documents for new programs and projects launches related to welding applications.&nbsp; Experience can be gained concurrently.&nbsp; Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:3in\">&nbsp;</p>",
