(JTC) is seeking an experienced Regional Materials Testing Manager to support operations across its Maine and New Hampshire offices. The role is ideal for a senior construction materials professional with 15+ years’ experience in laboratory and field testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, masonry, and other construction materials in line with ASTM standards.<br><br></div><div><!--block--><strong>What you will do</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Lead and support field and laboratory teams, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency across multiple sites.</li><li><!--block-->Drive quality standards through internal audits, QA/QC reviews, reporting, and continuous process improvements.</li><li><!--block-->Recruit, train, and develop high performing technical staff while maintaining accurate training records.</li><li><!--block-->Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.</li><li><!--block-->Ensure laboratory state accreditations and compliance standards are consistently maintained.</li><li><!--block-->Review timesheets, PTO requests, proposals, and staffing requirements to support business demands.</li><li><!--block-->Adapt to changing operational needs with flexibility to support varying schedules and workloads.<br><br></li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>Who you are</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Strong understanding of ASTM, CCRL, and NVLAP standards and testing procedures.</li><li><!--block-->ACI Certifications required.</li><li><!--block-->Proven ability to manage and lead annual laboratory accreditation processes.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50lbs, including soil and concrete samples.</li><li><!--block-->Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.</li><li><!--block-->Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li><!--block-->Full valid driver’s licence with a clean/acceptable driving record.</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div><div><!--block--><strong>Join us</strong><br>You’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
