          "text": "<p>We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented&#xa0;<strong>Assembly Team Lead</strong>&#xa0;to support and coordinate daily operations of our Assembly Line. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will lead a team of associates, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain efficiency across processes. Your expertise will play a key role in training new team members and maintaining operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to manage and prioritize daily assembly line activities.</li><li>Be proficient in all departmental processes; act as a trainer and mentor for new hires and cross-training initiatives.</li><li>Implement and promote BPS (Business Process Standards) principles for continuous improvement and process optimization.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules.</li><li>Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).</li><li>Use manual/power tools and measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.</li><li>Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately.</li><li>Rework units as needed to meet quality standards.</li><li>Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling</li></ul>",
