Performs responsibilities in accordance with department and Hospital Policies, state, federal and regulatory requirements: Title 22 Section 70517, 70519. Functions according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1.     Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.</p>\n<p>2.     Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.</p>\n<p>3.     Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.</p>\n<p>4.
