      "content": "<li>Proven experience in providing gender-affirming healthcare services (at least 2-3 years attending physician experience providing gender affirming health therapy (GAHT) to the transgender &amp; gender non-conforming communities).</li><li>Knowledge of current standards, guidelines, and best practices in transgender health.&nbsp;</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li> Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive, and patient-centered care.&nbsp;</li><li> Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Ability to comply with regulatory policies, documentation standards and ethical principles surrounding our organization</li><li>Comfortable with providing consultation remotely</li><li>Additional training or certification in transgender health or related fields, a plus</li><li>Experience with gender-affirming surgical procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and conferencing software such as TEAMS and ZOOM.</li>"
