    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Position Summary</b></p>\n<p>Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Table Games or Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. This opening reflects current vacancies we have.</p>\n<p><b>Key Accountabilities&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deals card games</li>\n <li>Maintains the security of the table and its float</li>\n <li>Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time</li>\n <li>Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager</li>\n <li>Verifies chip refills and credits</li>\n <li>Tidies workstation and pit area</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments</li>\n <li>Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned or directed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Education and Qualifications</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service</li>\n <li>Dealer Certificate (training provided)</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License</li>\n <li>Other languages an asset</li>\n <li>Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Work Environment Considerations</u></b></p>\n<p>Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, dealing cards for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, some exposure to verbal abuse, non-traditional work hours for our operations that run 24/7/365.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum Rate (CAD $) | Minimum Salary (CAD $): </span><span>18.98</span></li>\n <li><span>Job Rate (CAD $) | Midpoint Salary (CAD $): </span><span>21.35</span></li>\n <li><span>Maximum Rate (CAD $) | Maximum Salary (CAD $): </span><span>21.35</span></li>\n <li><span>Existing Vacancy</span><span>Yes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Artificial intelligence may be used to select applicants in our processes.
