Join us.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks</li>\n <li>Plan daily duties according to priority</li>\n <li>Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload</li>\n <li>Direct operation tasks to team members</li>\n <li>Perform replenishment, put-away and shipping processes</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary </li>\n <li>Full-time Wilson Associate</li>\n <li>Previous general SAP experience</li>\n <li>Previous leadership experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities</li>\n <li>Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously</li>\n <li>Desire to grow with our company</li>\n <li>An attention to detail where accuracy is key</li>\n <li>An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</h2>\n<p>Must be able to communicate effectively with others.</p>\n<h2>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</h2>\n<p>Ability to count accurately and efficiently</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL</strong> <strong>DEMANDS:</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
