Our Labor &amp; Delivery Department provides comprehensive Labor, Delivery and Postpartum care. We put quality first and are always looking to improve and provide the best care for our patients.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span>Accurately assess patients across the Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) spectrum</span><br><span>Provide exceptional care for laboring mothers in all stages and can assist with safe delivery of newborns</span><br><span>Implement appropriate interventions and nursing care plans in a timely manner</span><br><span>Critically think and interpret outcomes</span><br><span>Respond quickly to changes in condition and effectively communicate changes with providers</span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br><span>Current RN Compact license without restrictions</span><br><span>BLS, ACLS, PALS &amp; NRP</span><br><span>Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course, minimum</span><br><span>Minimum 2 years experience, preferred in L&amp;D setting, with couplet care experience</span><br><span>Ability to adapt to changing environment</span><br><span>Meditech or other EMR experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shifts:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Day Shift, Variable Shift, Night Shift and PRN available</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Benefits package available for full time and part time positions. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p>$33.74-$49.15 DOE, an additional $8.00 based on specialty.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sign On &amp; Retention Bonuses available for up to $20,000 over 3 year period for Full Time Employees. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits Package Available.</span></p>\n<p><span>Full-time benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, long-term disability (LTD), and life &amp; accidental death and dismemberment (AD&amp;D) insurance for you and your eligible family members, plus a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees.
