    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring!&nbsp;</p>\n<p>These DAY SHIFT positions are routinely scheduled Monday through Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This entry-level position is located in Andrews, TX and ensures the safe and quality fabrication of our tanks and wastewater products before shipment to our customers.</p>\n<p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates fiberglass chop gun.</li>\n <li>Assists chop gun operator with tasks.</li>\n <li>Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.</li>\n <li>Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.</li>\n <li>Utilize safe work habits.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Wear appropriate PPE.</li>\n <li>Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a drug screen &amp; background check.</li>\n <li>Three years of verifiable work history preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work overtime &amp; shift work as required.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations.</li>\n <li>Factory environment with large range in temperature changes.</li>\n <li>Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily.</li>\n <li>Lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
