This role delivers comprehensive individual and group therapy within an integrated care setting that includes primary care, dental, behavioral health, and opioid use disorder treatment. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care and patient well-being.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n\n<p>Full-time, 40 hours per week: Monday&ndash;Friday 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM <strong>or</strong> Monday&ndash;Friday 5:30 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM</p>\n\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Works with a multidisciplinary treatment team to identify and meet patient needs through the treatment planning process</li>\n\t<li>Conducts intake assessments, completes documentation, and provides diagnoses using the DSM-5</li>\n\t<li>Provides individual, family, and group therapy for co-occurring disorders</li>\n\t<li>Develops treatment plans for patients with dual diagnoses</li>\n\t<li>Maintains timely and accurate documentation including treatment goals, crisis plans, and progress notes</li>\n\t<li>Facilitates psychoeducational and ongoing therapy groups</li>\n\t<li>Adheres to all JHC policies and procedures, including safety standards and HIPAA</li>\n\t<li>Performs other duties as assigned by leadership</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in a mental health discipline</li>\n\t<li>LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LASW, or LICSW with unrestricted Washington State license</li>\n\t<li>Minimum of two (2) years of mental health treatment experience</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge of human behavior, psychological research methods, and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders</li>\n\t<li>Experience working with patients with substance use disorders and ability to apply harm-reduction strategies</li>\n\t<li>Understanding of cross-cultural care, trauma-informed practices, and regulations including 42 CFR</li>\n\t<li>Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills</li>\n\t<li>Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet vaccine requirements</li>\n\t<li>CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain upon hire</li>\n\t<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>\n\t<li>Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed</li>\n\t<li>Valid Washington State driver&rsquo;s license</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Knowledge of administrative operations, personnel management, and compliance</li>\n\t<li>Experience working with dually diagnosed patients and comfortable with the ASAM assessment.</li>\n\t<li>SUDP and LMHC State license preferred.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n\t<li>American Indian/Alaska Native preference applies</li>\n</ul>\n",
