Seasonal Grounds Staff can expect a fast-paced day, but the hours seem to fly by and the results are far worth the effort. Our seasonal team is the heartbeat of our operation, and we are committed to helping you grow as much as you help us succeed. If this sounds like an opportunity that interests you, we hope you will consider joining our team.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Mowing of greens, tees, fairways and roughs</li><li>Golf Course setup</li><li>Construction projects. This includes drainage work.</li><li>Hand watering&nbsp;</li><li>Bunker maintenance</li><li>Tree care</li><li>Aerification of all playing surfaces</li><li>Divot filling</li><li>String trim</li><li>Trash removal</li><li>Any other duties that may include upkeep of a private championship golf course</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A willingness to learn is key&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a driver&rsquo;s license&nbsp;</li><li>Some golf course maintenance experience a plus, but not required</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be 18 years of age or older due to the use of heavy equipment</li><li>Must be able to arrive as early as 5:00 AM, work weekends, and holidays as needed during the golf season</li><li>Must have a reliable means of transportation</li><li>Must be able to stand and work outside up to 8 to 12 hours per day</li><li>Must have the endurance to walk and push machines</li><li>Must have the ability to lift, bend, and reach</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Health, Dental and Vision coverage</li><li>Employee golf privileges on Monday afternoons</li><li>Complimentary employee meal during your shift&nbsp;</li><li>Uniforms provided</li><li>Paid holidays &amp; time off</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Country Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
