    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibility:</strong><br>Support the development of costing and pricing models for warehousing and value-added service solution proposals that support the company’s revenue growth and profitability improvement. Utilize financial acumen and analytical skills to develop and maintain costing and pricing models for new and existing businesses. Develop partnerships with other internal functions to develop best-in-class proposals.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br>• Lead and manage commercialization projects through pricing review meetings and collaboration among various departments and key stakeholders.<br>• Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, FP&amp;A, Sales, Operations, etc.) on understanding customer operations and obtaining detailed cost estimates in order to develop commercial terms and pricing new business proposals.<br>• Prepare Investment Memos, pricing simulations, and high-level pricing summaries to facilitate internal discussions with management and executive leadership.<br>• Analyze, create, and adjust customer profitability reports accordingly.<br>• Develop creative pricing strategies while partnering with business development and other departments to deliver value to our customers and shareholders.<br>• Prepare accurate and professional cost estimates, pricing, and financial analyses for customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) packages, sales proposals, and Americold capital investment proposals.<br>• Maintain and update internal pricing tools, costing models, and explore new pricing methodologies.<br>• Develop business cases using financial modeling techniques to support client proposals and internal initiatives.<br>• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making support for key business activities.<br>• Utilize data reporting tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI/Tableau, and other tools as necessary to deliver data-driven decisions to senior management.<br>• Lead in reporting and analysis of key performance metrics and provide findings and recommendations to achieve strategic objectives.<br>• Other duties and ad hoc analysis as requested.</p><p><strong>What Experience and Education You Need:</strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics. MBA and/or certifications a plus.<br>• 3-5 years in financial analysis, pricing, or a logistics-related role.<br>• Highly proficient in computer skills in Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint.<br>• Ability to work independently and take on ownership of projects.<br>• Experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.<br>• Ability to commercialize and evaluate deals and projects.<br><br><strong>What Could Set You Apart:</strong><br>• Possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, supply chain elements, particularly warehousing, associated costs, and a transactional pricing environment.&nbsp;<br>• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.<br>• Proven ability to communicate and present complex data in a persuasive and consultative manner- both written and verbal.<br>• Inherent strength in project management to meet aggressive deadlines.<br>• Ability to influence and partner with teams in all areas of the company to ensure implementation and maintenance of the highest standards.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment of positively changing expectations and culture.<br>• Must be naturally curious in nature and interested in finding the perfect solution to difficult problems.<br>• Must enjoy discussing and/or documenting project scope, approaches, and status updates.<br>• Must be business savvy, possess financial acumen, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Requires proven success at creating persuasive proposals and presentations.<br>• Progressive, flexible, and team-oriented approach desired (preferably with willingness to travel occasionally (5-10%).</p><p><br><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br>The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions of the job successfully.
