We’re a team of dedicated people who believe in flavour first and care deeply about our customers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Café Manager</span> to join our Brisbane team, overseeing both our established café and our recently opened second site.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is a hands-on leadership positions responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café. You’ll have a strong floor presence during peak times to lead by example and support the team, while overseeing operations across FOH and bar. Working closely with our Head Barista, you’ll create a welcoming space where exceptional hospitality, team culture and operational excellence come together.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a full-time role working 38 hours across a 7-day roster, including weekends.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and support FOH and bar teams to deliver outstanding service</li>\n<li>Set and maintain high standards for hospitality, presentation, and customer care</li>\n<li>Manage rosters, operational processes, and budgets to ensure smooth service and financial performance</li>\n<li>Be a visible, calm leader on the floor during busy service periods</li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and OH&amp;S standards</li>\n<li>Partner with national support teams and follow operational frameworks to keep the café aligned with Allpress brand values</li>\n<li>Handle customer feedback with empathy and accountability, turning challenges into opportunities to build trust</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for hospitality leaders who thrive in a busy environment, lead with positivity, and have a genuine passion for both people and coffee.
