The charity was formed to consolidate a number of ministries that developed from within the All Souls Clubhouse and All Souls Church, a diverse, mutli-generational, vibrant congregation in central London with a heart to reach the city and the nations for Jesus.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ASSTC works across four ministry areas: those affected by homelessness (ASLAN), children at the All Souls Church of England school (Children and Families), senior members of our community (Senior Care), and those in the sex industry -including those who may have been trafficked (Tamar). </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">ASLAN </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Our aim in ASLAN, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A</span>ll <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">S</span>ouls <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">L</span>ocal <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A</span>ction <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">N</span>etwork, is to engage with people affected by homelessness by offering them individualised care, support and befriending. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">ASLAN Faith and Volunteer Network (FVN) Night Shelter : </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ASLAN Faith and Volunteer Network (FVN) Night Shelter 25/26 is an innovative project for individuals rough sleeping in Westminster. The shelter runs from November until the end of March with various churches contributing in different ways. Each venue will offer individualised companionship and support whilst the guests (re)engage with St Mungos and  Westminster Council, pursue Council-directed solutions for the short term, and explore long term housing  solutions. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking a cook to ensure we are able to extend generous hospitality to our guests each night in the form of healthy and varied hot meals. The role would involve developing a menu, managing the supply and delivery of ingredients, and preparing meals for the week ahead that can be frozen ahead of distribution by our volunteer teams each evening.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role and Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plan and design a dinner menu, in consultation with the shelter manager, for 25 guests each night</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Order, organise and receive delivery of food </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for prepping the food and preparing meals that can be frozen to be served each evening</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to adapt menus to suit individual allergies and dietary requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to cook a range of dishes from scratch, including mains, soups and puddings/cakes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to assess the volume of food needed and prepare meals accordingly </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for maintaining all kitchen hygiene and filling in all necessary documentation, required  by law, including recording fridge and freezer temperatures, or that in the pantry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the storage pantry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage the food storage in the kitchen and the pantry supplies, including keeping up to date with food expiration dates and disposing of it accordingly </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work alongside volunteers and staff to ensure a working environment in line with the vision of ASSTC</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
