Maintenance Mechanics play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring equipment and machinery are in top condition. Level C Mechanics handle routine preventative maintenance and repairs while building a foundation for a long-term career. This role offers a skills-based pay model and access to certified training programs so you can grow your expertise and increase your earning potential.</p><p><u>Essential Job Functions and Duties</u></p><ul><li>Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspection.</li><li>Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment.</li><li>Complete work orders as assigned.</li><li>Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Adhere to all safety requirements, including personal protective equipment (PPE), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions.
