    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Title: </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Project Manager   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Reports to: </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Project Executive</span> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Department</span>:</span> <span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Operations</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Location(s):</span> <span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Corporate or regional office</span>       </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">FLSA:</span> <span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Exempt (Salary)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">BASIC PURPOSE </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Project Manager (PM) is the Client’s day to-day single point of contact during the construction phase.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">PM is responsible for execution and management of Company’s overall plan for the project.</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Kickoff </span>PM will participate in project turnover from estimating, assist PX in overall plan development and commit to successfully executing the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Execution </span>PM is responsible for executing the project plan to meet the quality specified, schedule, and budget expectations.<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> PM is responsible for the following:</span></span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Continuous communication with client to review progress and discuss any design changes, resolving problems of coordination, schedule and priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Takes the lead in working with all internal company departments including sales, estimating, detailing, accounting, purchasing, shop fabrication, field installation, and senior management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible for ensuring that clear and concise RFI’s are resolved and field dimensions verified.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible for informing each Production Department of budgeted hours and required delivery dates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible for coordinating Vendor subcontracts for assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Weekly update for production schedule for each project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible for reviewing detailing and purchasing budget status on at least a weekly basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Develops all projects forecasts, schedules, change order estimates, financial reports and reconciles all commitments that exceed project budgets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Monitors job costs weekly and reviews monthly WIP with senior management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible for SOV and monthly billing information to accounting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Maintain excellent project records, reports, logbooks and daily forms.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">Project Closeout - PM is responsible for the following:</span></li>\n</ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Closeout all remaining documentation in accordance with the sub-contract.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Demobilize Project – announce project completion to Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent; B.S. in Engineering, preferred. Experience with general contractors and / or subcontractors and steel fabrication / erection, beneficial.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Project Manager</span>: </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project/construction management, field foreman in a large or multi project environment. Capable of working on projects ranging from $500K-$2M. Must have experience in planning, budgeting and directing projects with multiple trades. Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, presentations, and charts/graphs). Must be able to read instructions and numbers and write legibly in English. Must demonstrate an exceptional level of reliability and degree of effectiveness in written and oral communication skills. Manage projects and assist Senior Project Management.</span></p>",
