    "description": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\">Anchor Fabrication, a precision metal fabrication company located in Lavergne, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector for our&nbsp; 2nd shift.</p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\"><strong>SUMMARY </strong></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\">The Quality Inspector will audit quality procedures and work instructions for compliance<em>. </em> Inspect work-in-process and final product to <em>help </em>ensure that a quality product is being delivered to our customers. The Quality Inspector will record findings, prepare reports and initiate action for problem resolution. They will also perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure that the facility <em>quality</em> requirements are being met.</p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></li>\n</ol>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\"><strong><em>Include but are not limited to the following, other duties may be applied;</em></strong></p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li>\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li>Perform inspections and tests per customer specifications and company procedures</li>\n\t\t<li>Using precision measuring instruments, measure dimensions and clearances of components</li>\n\t\t<li>Verify standard work procedures and process <em>controls are followed</em></li>\n\t\t<li>Read blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications</li>\n\t\t<li>Verify accuracy of production gauges and instructions</li>\n\t\t<li>Interface effectively with all levels of plant personnel</li>\n\t\t<li>Monitor and evaluate all <em>levels</em> of parts from <em>raw</em> materials <em>to finished goods and shipping containerization</em></li>\n\t\t<li>Audit all incoming supplier materials according to certification requirements</li>\n\t\t<li><strong><em>Has the Authority and Responsibility to report non-conform</em></strong>ing<strong><em> product </em></strong></li>\n\t</ol>\n\t</li>\n</ol>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;
