If so, we want you on our team!</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>Position:</strong> Maintenance Technician I</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>Location:</strong> Bennett Creek, Jacksonville, FL, our 264-unit affordable residential community located in Jacksonville, FL 32216 (near Southpointe)</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>What we Offer our Maintenance Tech&#39;s</strong>:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Competitive base hourly pay of $23.00 per hour!</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">All Maintenance Tech&#39;s become eligible for automatic quarterly pay increases every quarter following initial 90-day of service.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Tech&#39;s receive a monthly personal cell phone allowance of $40.00 per month, and are eligible for a discretionary bonus at year-end.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Day time schedule&#39;s, full-time Employee benefits and programs, excellent PTO and VACA accruals and more</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">If you do not have your EPA I &amp; II or EPA Universal, but have the right skills, experience and drive to join our Maint Team, RPS may sponsor (and pay) for your EPA within your initial 90-days of service.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\"><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, one hour or 30-minute lunch, weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday and on-call every other week</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">&nbsp;<strong>About Us:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">At Richman Property Services, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality apartment communities that our residents are proud to call home.
