Description As an Assistant Product Sales Manager in the Merchant Acquiring vertical, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the bank’s digital payment ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding merchants for POS/EDC terminals and Bharat QR solutions. This role demands a proactive sales professional who can work closely with branch teams, identify market opportunities, and deliver customized payment solutions to merchants. You will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role involves understanding merchant needs, negotiating pricing, ensuring compliance with KYC norms, and maintaining high service standards. You will also be expected to generate performance reports, analyze sales trends, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance revenue and client retention. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to collaborate across teams, engage with diverse clients, and contribute to the bank’s digital transformation journey. Responsibilities Source merchants in the local market for POS/EDC terminals and Bharat QR solutions. Collaborate with mapped branches and sales teams for lead generation and closure.
