Ensure effective planning and safe execution of high-risk activities, including electrical work, lockout\\/tagout (LOTO), crane operations, confined space activities, and other critical operations. Lead incident management processes, including reporting, investigation oversight, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Oversee safety audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Partner with construction leadership, QA\\/QC, Commissioning, and Energy Control teams to align safety with project execution and sequencing.
