font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The Support Operator is an entry level position with lots of immediate growth potential. &nbsp;The successful Support Operator will demonstrate strong communication skills and a real commitment to their quality of work, ensuring a superior customer experience, with a key focus on safety, quality, and cleanliness. &nbsp;The focus of this position is the packaging of completed film for the food industry.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Package and movement of completed film products.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Weigh and label film by following operation instructions.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform audits to ensure packaging integrity.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Troubleshoot and resolve issues.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Effective communicates with others.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Works to resolve quality issues, equipment problems, or people issues until an adequate solution is attained.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform assigned&nbsp;Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations (GMP) activities in the individual&rsquo;s work area as defined.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Clean up messes or other housekeeping issues as soon as reasonable; this will include an overall &lsquo;clean as you go&rsquo; mentality.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Report any known or discovered contamination or other food safety risk to product to their direct supervisor immediately.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Operates a variety material handling vehicles and equipment.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Completes all required safety activities as outlined in plant safety rules.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
