      "content": "\n<li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) checks and services on refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation systems, compressed air systems, and HVAC-related equipment supporting building automation systems.</li>\n<li>Service and repair HVAC systems including refrigerant recovery, evacuation, recharging, leak repairs, and part replacements.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and repair defective breakers, controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and other HVAC components.</li>\n<li>Read and interpret HVAC manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other trades to bring equipment back online promptly and safely.</li>\n<li>Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver equipment and parts as needed.</li>\n"
