    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Southeast Kids Ministry Leader</span></p><p><strong>Blankenbaker campus</strong></p><p>The Kids Ministry Leader functions primarily as a&nbsp;high-level&nbsp;strategist and team builder&nbsp;providing visionary leadership for the Kids Ministry team that serves children (birth through 5th) and their families at the Blankenbaker campus. As a leader of leaders in a high-capacity environment, this role focuses on scaling ministry impact through leadership support and development.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Casting Vision:</strong> Clearly articulating the &quot;why&quot; behind the ministry to the staff, volunteers and parents</li><li><strong>Strategic Alignment:</strong> Ensuring children&#39;s programs align with the church&#39;s broader mission&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Empower &amp; Support:</strong> Shepherd the ministry staff so they can recruit, train, and guide volunteers</li><li><strong>Leadership Multiplication:</strong> help your staff identify and mentor &quot;leader-of-leaders&quot;&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Goal Setting:</strong> Developing annual strategies and evaluating program effectiveness through data like attendance and spiritual growth markers.</li></ul><p><strong>Our Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Ministry degree required.
