Experience with clearing, settlement, refunds, chargebacks.</li><li>Data Solutions for payments monetization, data quality and lineage etc. (Can be separate specialist or in combination)</li><li>RTP implementation experiences through products like FINASTRA, FISERV etc., will be a definite advantage.</li><li>Define target payment journeys (P2P, P2M, mandates/AutoPay, disputes/chargebacks, refunds, reconciliation) with STP and CX targets.</li><li>Can translate stakeholder requirements into BRDs BRDs/FRDs/EPICs for CBPR+/ISO 20022, RTP rails, RTGS and ACH rails.</li><li>Decent awareness of tech stack under the hood and architectural awareness will be a significant plus for making the hiring opportunity to be more successful (coverage – micro services construct, cloud deployment knowledge etc.)</li><li>Develop rules + data requirements for fraud, AML, sanctions, risk scoring, and consent. Partner with architects to map data lineage (events, telemetry, audit trails). Drive UAT, readiness, and go live acceptance with measurable KPIs. &nbsp;</li><li>Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, design and develop data maps required to support technology transformation initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the client organization and Infosys on technology transformation programs and initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage end-to-end project execution, stakeholder communication and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying issues and recommending courses of remediation.</li><li>Support business development activities ranging from leading or contributing to proposals and developing propositions.</li><li>Experience with AI-assisted tools and automation to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, and delivery.</li><li>Proficiency with analytics/visualization (Power BI, Tableau); exposure to risk management and data warehousing platforms.</li><li>Develop market relevant points of view to generate and sustain presence in the marketplace.</li></ul><br><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm. experience in product management/business analysis within financial services, with hands-on Payment’s engine delivery experience (consulting preferred) and a proven agile track record delivering complex platforms.</li><li>Experience in one or more domain areas – B2B Payments, Disbursements, Card Payments, Consumer/Retail Payments across origination, processing, clearing and settlement, servicing, and messaging. Hands-on experience with one or more of ISO 200022, electronic payments (Wires, ACH, Immediate Payments) in multiple geographies, Cross-Border Payments, Credit Card payments, Wallets is a must-have.</li><li>Hands-on experience with market-leading Payment Hub products and Card Processors is a plus.</li><li>At least one or two cycles of bank level payments modernization programs experience</li><li>Good knowledge and solution implementation experience of products and custom solutions for Fed WIRES, Canada Lynx and SWIFT cross border payment (high value payment solutions)</li><li>Ability to travel as needed (typically up to 4 days/week) to client locations.</li><li>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
