Overview
Are you a passionate and outgoing individual who loves to create memorable experiences for guests? Join our team as a Guest Services Ambassador and be the friendly face that welcomes and assists our guests throughout their stay. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual who is ready to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have an exceptional stay.
Summary:
Coordinates concierge type services for the guests and sets positive tone for arrival experience
Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options
Coordinate and handle guest transportation and luggage services
Anticipate guest needs and personalize their stay to exceed their expectations
Respond to guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging tours, and organizing special requests
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Prefer 1+ year customer service experience in hotels
Familiarity with local area and attractions

Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Strong computer skills
Present confident and professional appearance
