Additionally, the Multimedia Designer will assist in designing instructional and training content for LSI products and customers.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>POSITION TITLE: Multimedia Designer</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>SHIFT HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm (days)</strong>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>LOCATION: Onsite at LSI Solutions in Victor, NY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>SALARY PAY RANGE: $75,767/yr to $114,000/yr</strong></p><p><strong>REPORTS TO:&nbsp;</strong>Art Director&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUPERVISES:&nbsp;</strong>N/A</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Multimedia Designer I:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Maintain corporate branding and trademarks in all designs including product literature, video productions, electronic presentations, web content, and product packaging</li><li>Design and implement updates to product packaging, labeling, marketing, and sales materials</li><li>Learn medical device labeling standards and requirements</li><li>Ensures design style consistency in labeling across all product families</li><li>Provide design solutions for various departments and products</li><li>Scan, edit, retouch, and manipulate images and photographs</li><li>Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input for creative concepts and design strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with other areas of expertise: Marketing, Sales, Engineering, doctors, and researchers</li><li>Maintain, update, and publish basic digital signage messaging to LSI campus</li><li>Support CEO in all visual communication in various projects</li><li>Document and maintain all individual tasks in a digital archive</li><li>Contribute monthly to digital asset management tool via updates, tagging, and culling.</li></ul><p><strong>Multimedia Designer II:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>All essential functions above</li><li>Develops new concepts and templates for video and animation</li><li>Enforces proper use of trademarks across all visual communications</li><li>Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of medical device labeling standards by maintaining consistency and accuracy of symbology on all product packaging</li><li>Proficiency in file preparation for video production and web assets</li><li>Responsible for shooting and/or editing video content to create finished pieces for in-house, client, and trade show presentations</li><li>Creates advanced motion graphic design and finished video productions</li></ul><p><strong>Senior Multimedia Designer:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>All essential functions above</li><li>Advanced skills in video production including color grading, audio editing, and understanding codecs and export settings</li><li>Responsible for creating design solutions from concept through final stages of design process</li><li>Continuously refine, adapt, and create new workflows as project criteria change</li><li>Mentor junior designers&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>EDUCATION &amp;
