This includes initiating improvements in logistics operations and facilitating a strategic outlook to improve our logistics capabilities. The role leads and implements projects of higher complexity related to transportation, and logistics systems, as well as improves tools, process, productivity, and compliance activities. This individual will report to our Chief Supply Chain Officer and will work cross-functionally with our rapidly growing and nimble team. The right person will make an enormous impact on the company as they architect scalable processes, maintain strong partnerships with all product partners, meet department needs on a timely basis and evaluate and recommend new technology to enhance standards and drive P&amp;L metrics. This individual will enhance strategies and build a team capable of delivering the departments' strategic, financial, and operational goals in a fast-paced and challenging environment.</span></span></p><p style=\"background-color: white;
