This role plays a critical part in maximizing factory uptime, improving product quality, and supporting business growth through advanced manufacturing solutions and cross-functional leadership.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, quality, safety, and cost.</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.</li>\n<li>Serve as a technical lead on manufacturing engineering projects, developing project scopes, timelines, risk assessments, and deliverables; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li>\n<li>Partner closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions (NPI), process changes, and production scaling.</li>\n<li>Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex product failures, process deviations, and equipment performance issues.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, and control plans.</li>\n<li>Perform and analyze time studies, capacity analyses, first-pass yield, and other key manufacturing metrics; recommend data-driven improvements.</li>\n<li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to Manufacturing Engineers and junior staff.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and quality system requirements.</li>\n<li>Support audits and contribute to continuous compliance improvement efforts.</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education and Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years</span> of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience leading process improvement or capital projects in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Professional certifications (e.g., <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt</span>) strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Additional Requirements: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with CAD software, manufacturing simulation tools, and ERP/MES systems.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while effectively leading cross-functional initiatives.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.</li>\n<li>Ability to work on the manufacturing floor, including standing or walking for extended periods, and/or in a cleanroom environment.</li>\n<li>S.
