This role combines direct support, staff guidance, and daily operations to maintain a safe, structured living environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1.5;\">As a Senior Residential Assistant, you will mentor residents in daily living skills while supporting Residential Assistants and helping ensure consistent, recovery-oriented care.
