Description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager - Client Services for its Manufacturing Vertical. This role will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account, partnering with group managers and delivery leaders to build and execute the account plan. The Senior Client Partner is responsible for client management, revenue growth, and delivery assurance based on the account plan. Typically, the role manages a single account or a significant portion of a large account, with P&L responsibility of $50M+. Key Responsibilities: • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. Drive executive relationships, pipeline governance, forecasting cadence, and deal progression. • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client. Provide delivery oversight through governance (QBRs/steerco), risk/escalation management, and stakeholder alignment. • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. Shape commercial strategy (pricing/value articulation) and ensure disciplined execution of the account plan.
