It is an exciting time to join ServiceLink, where empowerment drives entrepreneurship. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Do you possess 1 or more years of experience in real estate appraisal quality control or quality assurance review at the AMC or mortgage company level or in underwriting?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A DAY IN THE LIFE</p>\n<p>In this role, you will…</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>·          Perform quality control analysis of valuation reports in compliance with regulatory, industry and client requirements</p>\n<p>·          Contact valuation providers to discuss revisions or obtain status as needed</p>\n<p>·          Respond to and satisfy issues in a timely and consistent manner with accurate resolution</p>\n<p>·          Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals set forth by management</p>\n<p>·          Provide feedback to QC management that will improve processes and team productivity</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>WHO YOU ARE</p>\n<p>You possess …</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>·          A confident understanding of the mortgage services industry with knowledge of appraisal industry guidelines and products</p>\n<p>·          Prior appraisal or valuation review experience</p>\n<p>·          The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.</p>\n<p>·          Exceptional customer service skills and mentality</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·          Meet or exceed individual and departmental goals related to productivity and quality</p>\n<p>·          Ensure valuation reports meet all regulatory and client standards</p>\n<p>·          Maintain compliance with State and Industry regulations including Appraiser Independence Requirements</p>\n<p>·          Identify any discrepancies or errors in valuation reports and provide detailed revision requests to the provider</p>\n<p>·          Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed</p>\n<p>·          Ensure that all steps of the QC valuation process are completed accurately and within the required SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeframes</p>\n<p>·          Contact valuation providers (appraisers, agents, etc.) as directed to discuss revisions or obtain status of the order</p>\n<p>·          Attend departmental meetings as required</p>\n<p>·          Participate in overtime, training, and onsite collaboration events as requested</p>\n<p>·          Communicate daily with QC Managers on department operation protocols</p>\n<p>·          Maintain a positive, professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff</p>\n<p>·          Perform all other duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·          3+ years’ experience in real estate appraisal quality control review at the AMC or mortgage company level.</p>\n<p>·          College degree preferred.</p>\n<p>·          A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p>\n<p>·          The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially the ability to work in multiple systems at once.</p>\n<p>·          The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes, and procedures.</p>\n<p>·          USPAP certification; if not already certified, this role will require successful completion of the 15 or 7 hr. USPAP training course after hire, and successful maintenance of the certification during employment.</p>\n<p>·          Knowledge of valuation processes, procedures, and technology.</p>\n<p>·          Exceptional customer service, communication and writing skills.</p>",
