This role will cover a temporary leave of absence and last approximately 12-14 months. This role combines ownership of our internal IT environment with significant involvement in cloud infrastructure, automation, platform operations, and DevOps initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>The ideal candidate is equally comfortable supporting end users, improving enterprise IT systems, and contributing to modern cloud-native infrastructure. You are someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, automating manual processes, improving operational efficiency, and helping drive infrastructure modernization across the organization.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>This role serves as the primary administrator for </span><span>Adlib's</span><span> internal IT environment while also playing a key role in supporting and advancing our Azure, Kubernetes, automation, and platform operations initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What You'll Do</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide day-to-day support for internal help desk requests and end-user technical issues.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint management.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage and </span><span>maintain</span><span> Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with internal teams to improve security posture, operational controls, and governance practices.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based infrastructure, end-user systems, servers, networking, and enterprise applications.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support networking and security infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and switching technologies.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design, implement, and </span><span>maintain</span><span> infrastructure automation solutions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to Kubernetes-based platform operations and containerized environments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, </span><span>GitOps</span><span> workflows, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> with cloud architecture improvements, platform reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support AI-related technologies and internal AI enablement initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Create and </span><span>maintain</span><span> technical documentation, operational procedures, and system standards.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What We're Looking For</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure administration, cloud operations, or a related role.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong Windows systems administration and enterprise IT infrastructure experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience supporting modern cloud platforms, automation tooling, and DevOps practices.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, GitHub, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code tools.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Solid understanding of networking, security, identity management, and enterprise infrastructure design.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience administering firewalls, VPNs, switching, or wireless infrastructure.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience supporting Linux-based systems is considered an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards is an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies is an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with strategic infrastructure initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and
