Job Description We are looking for an all-star to play a critical role in driving Alertus' rapid growth. The Sr. Sales Development Representative (SDR) will report to the SDR Manager and will be a key team player in bringing our mission to life.  In this role, you will not only be responsible for lead generation, delivering the Alertus value proposition, and new customer acquisition, but you will also serve as a mentor and provide support and training to members of the SDR team as needed. This role will put you on the front lines of the company increasing product awareness and helping provide our life-saving solutions to various target markets. Our ideal candidate is a driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and helping others succeed. This is an office based role and requires reporting to our HQ in Baltimore daily. Partner with the SDR Manager to deliver effective new-hire training and ongoing coaching, leveraging KPI data to analyze individual performance and create targeted action plans for team members to ensure goal attainment.
