What You’ll Do Collections & Financial Stewardship Manage collections related to: Membership fees Donor pledges CCAP payments Grant reimbursements Monitor accounts receivable and payment trends Communicate with families, donors, grantors, and agencies Create payment plans and support solutions for families Help strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability CCAP & Grant Coordination Process CCAP certificates Track attendance claims and reimbursement timelines Communicate with CCR&R and funding agencies Support grant reimbursement submissions Ensure documentation is accurate and organized Systems, Reporting & Operational Excellence Maintain records in: QuickBooks Salesforce/MyClubHub Bill.com Excel Prepare collection and reimbursement reports Identify trends, risks, and process improvements Support efficient and organized financial operations Relationship Building & Communication Support families with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with Development, Finance, and Compliance teams Build strong relationships with community partners Communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately Help create a positive experience for everyone you interact with Who Thrives in This Role?
