Our mission is to give children an exceptional education in a nurturing environment—every fun-filled day.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Preschool Lead Teacher Qualifications:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Preferred</strong></li>\n   <li>Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:     Early Childhood Education     Special Education     Child Development with a focus of study on Birth to 2<em>nd</em> grade         or Nursery     Child Psychology</li>\n   <li>NYS certification (or planning to receive certification) in the following areas:     Nursery to 6<em>th</em> grade     Birth to 2<em>nd</em> grade, Students with Disabilities – birth to 2<em>nd</em> grade</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia philosophy and emergent curriculum.</li>\n   <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n   <li>Must meet all state preschool teacher requirements</li>\n   <li>High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours</li>\n   <li>Demonstrated classroom management skills </li>\n  </ul><p><strong> Preschool Lead Teacher Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>A Preschool Teacher will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center</li>\n   <li>Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child’s day</li>\n   <li>Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum</li>\n   <li>Respect and observe children's interests. Intervene when needed to maintain safety.
