This role sits at the center of strategic decision-making, providing critical financial insights that shape the company’s long-term growth trajectory.</p>\n<p>As a key business partner to the executive leadership team, you will drive global planning, performance management, and capital allocation, while building a high-performing FP&amp;A organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy at scale, working closely with leaders across commercial, operations, and product functions worldwide.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>1. Strategic Financial Planning</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the global <strong>3–5 year strategic planning process</strong>, developing driver-based financial models aligned with growth strategy and market expansion.</li>\n <li>Own the <strong>annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes</strong>, ensuring rigor, accuracy, and alignment across all regions and business units.</li>\n <li>Establish and enhance a <strong>global performance reporting framework</strong>, delivering clear insights on variances, key drivers, and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.</li>\n <li>Proactively identify and quantify <strong>financial risks and opportunities</strong>, with direct ownership of the Americas region and oversight of FP&amp;A best practices in EMEA and APAC.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>2. Business Partnership &amp; Decision Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a <strong>trusted advisor to the executive team</strong>, regional leaders, and functional leaders, translating financial data into strategic business insights.</li>\n <li>Partner with Commercial and R&amp;D teams to evaluate <strong>ROI for key initiatives</strong>, including:&nbsp; \n  <ul>\n   <li>Multi-year lease and commercial agreements</li>\n   <li>New market entry and expansion</li>\n   <li>Service center operating models</li>\n   <li>New product development</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Lead the design and governance of <strong>sales incentive programs</strong>, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability objectives.</li>\n <li>Drive <strong>daily and weekly operational finance reviews</strong>, monitoring orders, revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses to identify risks and improvement opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>3. Capital Allocation &amp; Strategic Initiatives</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Accounting to strengthen <strong>cash flow forecasting and working capital management</strong>.</li>\n <li>Provide financial leadership on <strong>capital allocation</strong>, including capex planning and investment prioritization.</li>\n <li>Support <strong>M&amp;A activities</strong>, including financial due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration, with a focus on synergy realization and risk mitigation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>4. Team Leadership &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and develop a <strong>global FP&amp;A team</strong>, fostering a culture of accountability, analytical excellence, and continuous development.</li>\n <li>Provide <strong>coaching and mentorship</strong> across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to elevate global finance capabilities and standardization.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement of <strong>FP&amp;A processes, systems, and tools</strong>, leveraging platforms such as Oracle, OneStream, Salesforce, and Power BI to enhance data accuracy and decision support.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>10+ years in FP&amp;A, Corporate finance or Finance Business Partnership</li>\n   <li>5+ years in a global leadership role managing multi-regional teams</li>\n   <li>Experience in complex, fast-paced industries (e.g., manufacturing, technology, or software/services) preferred</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Global Business Acumen:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong understanding of international markets, operational drivers, and financial performance levers</li>\n   <li>Experience navigating currency exposure and cross-border business environments</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Analytical &amp; Strategic Capability:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights</li>\n   <li>Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven analysis</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Leadership &amp; Communication:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Track record of building and developing high-performing global teams</li>\n   <li>Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to senior leadership</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Expert in Excel-based financial modeling</li>\n   <li>Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)</li>\n   <li>Exposure to consolidation tools (OneStream, Hyperion, HFM) and BI platforms (Power BI, Salesforce)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset</li>\n   <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>\n   <li>High level of adaptability, resilience, and ownership</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
