At Quality Equipment, there are opportunities to grow and advance in your career.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are currently looking for a <strong>Service Advisor</strong> to join us in our <strong>Sunbury</strong> branch:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fields internal and external customer inquiries for the Service Department</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Opens work orders maintains control until they are closed and invoiced</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains service accessories and supplies and prepares replacement orders when necessary</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepares warranty and/or product improvement for submission by the Central Warranty Administrator</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists customers with mower or equipment loading/unloading when necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in-line with the objectives of the dealership.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Close and process RO&rsquo;s for payment when needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist technicians and provides part service including parts lookup, pulling parts from parts stock and processing MD orders (where applicable)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists on the parts counter when necessary</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with loading/unloading trucks when necessary (where applicable)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in staging equipment to be brought in/out of the service department and maintaining the lot for ease of customer pick up and delivery by branch drivers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acts as an ambassador for the dealership and protects the positive dealership image, while promoting customer loyalty and goodwill</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of accounting practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use standard desktop load applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of office procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate forklift</li><li>Good understanding of local conditions with a knowledge of sale and resale values of machinery.</li><li>Must be a self-starter with good communication and inter-personal skills.</li><li>Good computer skills.</li><li>Positive attitude.</li><li>Agricultural background preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Noise Levels: High.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Weight Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mobility: Standing and sitting for long durations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Visual: Working with PC, manuals, and close detailed work.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Driving: Daily &ndash; short and long distances.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respiratory: Possible exposure to exhaust and dust fumes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Dexterity Ability to grasp and manipulate tools and parts.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Our employees receive competitive wages and can participate in the benefits which currently include medical and dental insurance, flexible spending account, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(K) program with employer match and a company discount.
