These deliverables include print layout refreshments and templates, composes vendor-ready files and advanced mechanicals for printed pieces with minimum supervision of a lead. The Production Designer works with a larger team and is capable of handling complex print production projects efficiently under minimum supervision. </span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">  </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">In this role, you will</span></span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Composes advanced mechanicals (Ready to Print files) for 4+ color ads, brochures, collateral materials, etc.  </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Prepares all files for submission to print vendors (pre-press) </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Manipulates photo work such as silhouetting, light retouching and background extension. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Works closely with development Seniors and Leads to ensure that design specifications are implemented. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Produces and helps supervise the production of high-end print deliverables that meet client and industry standards. These deliverables include (but are not limited to) layout skinning, layout production, red lines, image asset creation, image optimization, image resizes &amp; cropping, photo-retouching &amp; photomontage, printed materials, presentations and visual guidelines creation. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Stays up to date with the latest design trends, systems, tools, technologies and platforms, while fostering excellence, learning and a collaborative environment among team members.  </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Communicates effectively with production design team members, project managers and production design leads Provides excellent quality assurance on all of his/her deliverables.  </span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">What are we looking for? font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience supervising and/or participating in production design for print, visual communication, and/or digital design. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience creating assets for digital/print products.  </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience building die lines for print. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.  </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Understanding of design principles, trends, systems and structures.  </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Extensive knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.  </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Strong layout and typographical skills and knowledge of fonts</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Understanding of productivity and remote collaboration tools: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Acrobat, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Solid understanding of UX principles, trends, and theory.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Solid understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
