Join us on our journey to build a sustainable future, together.</p><p><strong>About the Job</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>The Laboratory Technologist is part of the Product Development (R&amp;D) team and also supports Technical Service,&nbsp;working on both new product development and active customer projects out of the Burlington lab. This is an on-site position.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Day to day, the work is a mix of formulating experimental emulsions, running analyses and application testing on a range of instruments&nbsp;such as&nbsp;TGA, DSC, particle sizing, optical microscopy, surface tension and writing up findings that feed back to internal teams or customers. Some projects are weeks long; others need a turnaround in days.&nbsp;It's a hands-on bench role with room to specialize over time.
