Build decision-making frameworks that account for real-world operational costs, vehicle requirements, and software features.</li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">Represent Infrastructure Needs: Act as the primary voice for infrastructure teams in the cross-functional process of enabling autonomous driving at Zoox locations, collaborating with key stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.</li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">Track Performance and Mitigate Risk: Establish standard reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to provide concise communication to key stakeholders. Proactively identify risks, ensure mitigating actions are ongoing, and track important items for key decisions to eliminate bottlenecks.</li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">Drive Adoption: Guide operational change efforts at the site level, ensuring the smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows across cross-functional teams.</li>\n"

You possess hands-on experience managing complex projects within a fleet operations, hardware manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure environment.</li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">Technical Translation: Strong ability to translate complex, real-world operational challenges into technical engineering requirements, and vice versa.</li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">Hardware/Software Integration: Proven success in driving Hardware, Software, and Operations integration, ensuring that cross-functional dependencies are managed end-to-end.</li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">Exceptional Execution &amp; Bias for Action: A proven track record of owning cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
