  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->CDL Drivers use semi's to move our product between locations or even to our customers. Sometimes, they might need to load/unload the trucks or help in other areas of the facility. CDL Drivers must be safety-minded, observant, and have good attention to detail.</div><ul><li><!--block-->Transfers trailers between facilities in truck.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Operates yard truck to position trailers to appropriate loading/unloading docks as requested by shipping and receiving departments.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Performs daily yard truck and trailer inspections prior to use.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Observes and reports equipment or mechanical failures immediately.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Maintains accurate logs for all trailers on the yard.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Operates a forklift within the plant during non-driving time when loading/unloading trucks or rail cars.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->When truck is not in operation, employee assists with other duties (EX: drives forklift instructed by manager)&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Conducts daily inspections of the vehicles at the end of the shift and reports any problems or damages to management.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Safely and efficiently operates forklift; performs required daily inspections&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Reads and understands Bills of Lading and Pick Sheet.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Uses daily pick sheet, picks full and partial pallets, wraps pallets when necessary, stages product for loading, checks pallets for accuracy to order&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Maintains clean and organized aisles and rack storage, consolidates partial pallets when needed&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Inventories product as needed; labels, sorts, wraps and ties product&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Communicates with management and maintenance personnel on a timely basis to facilitate maintenance and repairs.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Complies with company safety policies and maintains clean and orderly work area.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Performs other duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
