          "text": "<p>The&#xa0;<strong>Clinic Operations Director</strong>&#xa0;oversees our McKinney clinic, with ultimate responsibility for the implementation, direction, and supervision of local policies, finances, procurement, and supervision during the provision of services. This role functions as a member of the Leadership team supporting centralized functions including procurement, recruitment, engagement, retention, and intake.</p><ul><li>Provides counsel to Senior Leadership regarding the needs of the community, workforce, financial, professional practices, and planning</li><li>Ensures documentation of services provided is accurate and timely</li><li>Maintains the administrative policies and management activities including budget control and cost determination</li><li>Directs their local management teams to carry out policies and procedures</li><li>Ensures adequate staff education, development, and evaluation</li><li>Responsible for supervision and evaluation of the client satisfaction survey</li><li>Support recruitment and intake efforts, conducting local interviews and tours</li><li>Provides support including preparation of intake, orientation, procurement, client documentation, and special projects&#xa0;</li><li>Promotes the company’s philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients/families, physicians, and community</li><li>Provides effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintains confidentiality</li><li>Lead and develop their teams to maintain an inclusive and engaging workplace</li></ul>",
