In this role, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective non-custom ServiceNow solutions.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Requirements Gathering:</strong> Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements.</li>\n <li><strong>Process Analysis:</strong> Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.</li>\n <li><strong>Solution Design:</strong> Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.</li>\n <li><strong>Configuration and Customization:</strong> Configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.</li>\n <li><strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Analyze and validate data requirements for ServiceNow implementations, including data migration, transformation, and integration with external systems.</li>\n <li><strong>Training and Documentation</strong>: Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionality, workflows, and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process documentation.</li>\n <li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow platform.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules for SPM &amp; ITSM. Any other module is a plus such as: ITOM, CSM, MCO, WSD, &amp; HRSD.</li>\n <li>Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Agile and/or iterative delivery methodologies</li>\n</ul>",
