Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s short–term incentive plan.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The OMC is responsible for the leadership and coordination of area maintenance activities to meet area goals in Safety, Equipment Reliability, Uptime, 5S, spending, and environmental compliance.&nbsp;
