As needed, RT supervisor can act as a primary trainer for new department procedures, onboarding, and cross-training. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n               </ul>\n               <p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p>\n               <ul>\n                <li>Graduate of an accredited CoARC (The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) respiratory care program.</li>\n                <li>Five Years of critical care or advanced respiratory experience&nbsp;</li>\n                <li>BLS from AHA Upon Start &nbsp;</li>\n                <li>RRT Upon Start&nbsp;</li>\n                <li>Certified in two advanced certs (acls, pals, nrp) or one advanced cert and one specialized (aec, copd, scc, etc) relevant to department operations, must be obtained within one year from date of hire.&nbsp;</li>\n                <li>Valid license from the commonwealth of Virginia as a RT</li>\n               </ul>\n              </div>\n             </div>\n            </div>\n           </div>\n          </div>\n         </div>\n        </div>\n       </div>\n      </div>\n     </div>\n    </div>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<p><br/>&nbsp;</p>",
