    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.’s Commercial Sealants &amp; Waterproofing and Roofing &amp; Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc. Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&amp;D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.</p><p><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:</strong></p><p>Measures chemicals and raw materials to specific requirements per batch instructions.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Properly weighs chemicals and raw materials as specified on the batch card.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Accurately and efficiently maintains chemicals and raw materials.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Work with production schedule to maintain efficient use of blenders, meet production expectations, fill customer orders, and meet shipping requirements.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Advise the supervisor of problems or low stock levels of raw materials.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Maintain a neat and orderly work area.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Report production lost and spills to the supervisor.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Ensure compliance with the QMS, EHS, IMS, and other company policies.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provide support to the Safety Committee.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Operate forklift or other transporting equipment safely and effectively.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>No prior experience or training.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><strong>OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Models the values and expectations of 168 - integrity, responsible entrepreneurship, commitment, and moral courage.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Executes ISO authority and responsibility.
