An annual value of $4,000!</li><li>Competitive Salary & 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation</li><li>Traditional benefits for full-time hourly – Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term, and Long Term Disability</li><li>Equity available to full-time employees after 1 year of employment</li><li>Generous sick leave & PTO policy</li><li>Up to 10 paid holidays</li></ul><p><strong>In this Processing role with our Production Team, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for Level 1 and 2 responsibilities as well as elevated responsibilities for the processing team</li><li>Step up for lead when lead is absent to ensure that all work is completed in full and on time for that respective functional area</li><li>Fully functional on processing machines: Manual dressing sealers, immersion blenders, Robot Coupe R2, CL52, deli slicer, chicken shredder, ovens, Kronen gs-10 (belt cutter), kronen wash machine (produce washer), Urschel sprint, spin dryers</li><li>Act as point of contact for functional area, communicate status updates with Assistant supervisors in absence of leads </li><li>Process food using techniques and equipment that may have an increased physical safety risk and has a food safety check associated (CCP)</li></ul><p><strong>Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in kitchen, food prep, or food service related work preferred</li><li>Knowledge of various food prep methods, proper knife handling, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage preferred</li><li>Able to stand and work for long periods of time (10 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs.</li><li>Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>During your break - </strong>Never run on empty by enjoying daily Farmer’s Fridge meals, challenge a coworker to a game of ping pong, de-stress by taking a spin on our Nascar arcade game, or spend your break on one of our comfy couches.<br><strong>Happier Workdays - </strong>Walking into the facility should fill you with joy, not dread.
