    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Join our new team in Port Richey, Florida!</span></strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated and dependable experienced <strong>Geoprobe Operator</strong> to join our dynamic field services team. In this role, you&#39;ll be responsible for operating direct push drilling rigs (Geoprobe&reg;) to install monitoring wells via direct push and hollow stem auger, collect soil, groundwater, and vapor samples for environmental investigations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years&#39; experience, thrives in outdoor environments, enjoys hands-on work, and values safety and precision.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operate Geoprobe&reg; drilling equipment safely and efficiently in a variety of field settings</li><li>Perform subsurface sampling of soil, groundwater, and soil gas</li><li>Assist with site mobilization, equipment setup, and maintenance</li><li>Document field activities and sample data accurately</li><li>Work collaboratively with supervisors, clients, and field staff</li><li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company protocols</li><li>Travel to job sites as needed (some overnight travel may be required)</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience operating Geoprobe&reg; or similar direct-push equipment</li><li>40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record <span style=\"color: rgb(184, 49, 47);\"><strong>(no more than 2 moving violations in last 2 years)</strong></span> - CDL a plus!</li><li>Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li><li>Opportunities for training and career growth</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(184, 49, 47);\">WE ARE A FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER AND DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.
